Delete Account
Direct account-deletion standard for PHALANX users.
Email support@phalanxapp.com with the subject line Account Deletion. Include the email address used for your PHALANX account.
We aim to confirm receipt within 24 hours and process deletion requests within 7 business days.
What is deleted
- Account-recovery profile data tied to your sign-in.
- Limited synced progress metadata used to restore rank, streak, settings, and campaign state.
- Support records that are no longer required for legal, fraud-prevention, or billing-administration reasons.
What may already be local
Journal entries, questionnaire answers, and private reflections are stored locally on your device by default. Deleting the app from your device removes local app data controlled by the operating system.
Subscriptions
Deleting your PHALANX account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.
